OTB 101 @ Shawnee Bend

This course fulfills the mountain bike skills requirement to become a Level 2 coach and ride leader. You will receive an OTB101 Field Guide and 3 hours of instruction to prepare you to teach and demonstrate fundamental MTB skills. The objective of this course is to provide a consistent skills coaching language across all of the NICA leagues. This maximizes student learning and limits confusion as they encounter many different coaches across the league. This course will also cover some tips for NICA practices including setting up a short course to optimize skill progression and FUN!
Prerequisites:
1) Coach participants MUST be fully registered in Pit Zone (have signed the NICA waiver and paid the season fee)
2) Coaches must have completed the online portion of the OTB101 course found in Pit Zone.
