This event is open to all Level 1+ coaches registered in the Pit Zone for 2024. Coaches are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.
Saturday – Expect a full day of league-led coach training activities. Be prepared to ride with your bike, helmet and your coach pack.
Sunday – Choose your challenge: complete an on the bike skills training course, satisfy the NICA first aid requirements, or go for a ride on the Ozark trail or the IMBA epic Berryman trail.

Reminder: this Coach Retreat will not count as a Leader’s Summit for the NICA Coach Level 3 requirement. To fulfill this coaching requirement, check out the schedule of online Leader’s Summits below.

Choose your own adventure! (Breakfast and a boxed lunch are included)
- Track 1: OTB 101 (3 hours), OTB Adventure Games (2 hours)
- Track 2: OTB 201 (5 hours)
- Track 3: NICA 8 hour First Aid (Level 3 requirement). Contact brittania@missourimtb.org to register for First Aid
- Track 4: Enjoy the beautiful Ozark and Berryman Trails
