Course Description:

The 4.5 mile NICA race course leaves race headquarters on the shore of Truman Lake and winds along the lakeshore on a mixture of singletrack and wider doubletrack offering passing opportunities. Keeping your eyes focused on the trail will not be easy with the incredible lake views. Expect several shorter climbs and one longer climb in the middle of the loop for a total of almost 400 ft of elevation gain. But, rest assured, you will be rewarded with plenty of fun descents! The trail surface is mostly dirt with a few small rock gardens to practice technical skills.

Please be on time for staging and listen for your call up number and name. Late student athletes will be placed at the back of the category.
